Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for the medical industry? We are seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our team and make a significant impact in the operating room.

Responsibilities:
  • Territory Mapping: Identify potential customers and conduct planned visits within your assigned sales territory.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed established sales goals for your territory.
  • Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new customers, while also upselling to existing clients.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-demand technical assistance within operating rooms to support product usage.
  • Coordination: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive regular reports and actively contribute to performance review meetings.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities, devising effective response strategies.
  • Distribution Network: Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to enhance sales performance.
  • Performance Updates: Provide periodic sales operation reports to supervisors, highlighting achievements and challenges.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret sales records and customer account information to identify opportunities and trends.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Science, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar medical sales role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
