Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our footprint in the facade and architectural systems market.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide expert-level technical consultation on aluminium systems and facade solutions tailored to project-specific requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the glass, window, composite panel, elevator, and architectural powder coating industries to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead generation and technical proposal development to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with internal project management and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management to support strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 to 17 years of professional experience in the sales of architectural materials or building systems.
- Industry Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Aluminium system sales, facade solutions, and experience within related architectural sectors such as glass, windows, composite panels, elevators, or architectural powder coating.
