 Plan and Conduct product and sales process training for dealership sales teams.
 Deliver new model launch training, including features, competitive advantages, and demo
techniques.
 Facilitate onthejob coaching at dealerships to improve realtime selling skills. ...
 Train teams on customer handling, objection handling, and upselling/crossselling.
 Conduct refresher training for underperforming markets or new hires.
 Training on Salespeople improving soft skill.
 Training on SOP adherence.
 Extensive trainings for new dealerships.
2. Capability Development and Performance Improvement of Dealer Sales Personnel
 Identify skill gaps through assessments, mystery audits, and dealership visits.
 Recommend individual development plans for sales staff.
 Support dealer principals and sales managers in team capability building.
 Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as overall retails, conversion rate,
enquirytoretail ratio, and CSI scores.
3. Content Development
 Create training modules, videos, and job aids tailored to the 2W retail environment.
 Provide market information on competitor insights, and new product introductions,
sales pitch comparison etc.
4. Closely work with area / zonal sales team and HO:
 Build good business rapport with zonal sales manager, area manager and territory
managers to realize training importance and drive training in their respective geos.
 Work closely with HO for planning and executing all the trainings.
5. Reporting & Compliance
 Maintain training calendars, attendance, assessments, and performance dashboards.
 Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, sales scripts, and demo protocols.
 Provide monthly reports to regional and national sales leadership.
