Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct induction programs for new sales executives and relationship managers.
- Train sales teams on real estate sales processes, negotiation, and closure strategies, sales techniques, property presentations, client handling, objection handling, site visit management, etc.
- Educate teams on RERA regulations, legal documentation, agreement formats, and customer due diligence.
- Develop engaging training content such as modules, videos, role-play scripts, and assessments.
- Deliver regular refresher sessions to keep teams updated on project launches, market trends, and buyer behaviour.
- Coach team members through one-on-one sessions to address performance gaps and enhance selling skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure training content is aligned with product positioning.
- Track training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and improvements in key sales metrics (lead conversion, site visits, bookings).
