Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Executive with hands-on experience in Spare Parts Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to SAP in managing spare parts inventory, warehouse processes, material movements, and inventory accuracy while ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage spare parts inventory using SAP.
- Perform GR, GI, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Execute cycle counts and physical stock verification.
- Generate SAP inventory and warehouse reports.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse processes and documentation- Resolve inventory discrepancies.
Required Skills- 2+ years of SAP warehouse/spare parts inventory experience.
- Hands-on SAP MM/WM/EWM (preferred).
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control - Strong analytical and communication skills.
QualificationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. SAP certification is an added advantage.
