Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the frontline ambassador for our D2C website,
responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a
seamless shopping experience. You will work closely with sales, logistics, and product teams to
uphold our commitment to superior customer service and contribute to the continued success and
growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp
chat, and social media channels.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, returns, and company
policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and follow up as
needed.
Collect and report customer feedback and common issues to help improve products,
services, and overall customer experience.
Addressing customer questions and providing information on promotions.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience (3+ years) in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-
commerce. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer interactions gracefully.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
