standardization, and data-driven insights.
Also the candidate has to support IT audits and various finance audits, support DGM in
preparing reports and misc work.Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement
 Analyze existing finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FA, MIS, compliance) to
identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps.
 Standardize SOPs, process maps, and documentation across finance
operations.
 Partner with stakeholders to drive change management and adoption of
improved processes.
 Take ownership of ITGC/ITAC audits from finance
 Support Manager in Finance audits, assessments etc Support DGM Finance in preparing various presentations, reports and MISC
workAutomation & Digital Enablement
 Identify automation opportunities using RPA, macros, workflow tools, and ERP
features.
 Work closely with IT, vendors, and internal teams to develop and deploy
automation solutions.
 Develop and maintain Excel-based automation, dashboards, and reporting tools.
 Support ERP enhancements, system integrations, and finance digital
transformation initiatives.
 Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls and audit
requirements.Data & Reporting
 Improve accuracy, timeliness, and reliability management reporting.
 Create performance metrics (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and
automation impact.
 Provide analytical insights to support decision-making.Stakeholder Management
 Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and business teams to ensure
alignment.
 Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement and
innovation.Qualifications & Experience:
 MBA(Finance) Finance, Accounting, or related field.
 4–6 years of experience in finance operations, process improvement, or finance
transformation roles.
