The role focuses on driving continuous improvement using technology,<br />standardization, and data-driven insights.<br />Also the candidate has to support IT audits and various finance audits, support DGM in<br />preparing reports and misc work.Key Responsibilities:<br />Process Improvement<br /> Analyze existing finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FA, MIS, compliance) to<br />identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps.<br /> Standardize SOPs, process maps, and documentation across finance<br />operations.<br /> Partner with stakeholders to drive change management and adoption of<br />improved processes.<br /> Take ownership of ITGC/ITAC audits from finance<br /> Support Manager in Finance audits, assessments etc Support DGM Finance in preparing various presentations, reports and MISC<br />workAutomation & Digital Enablement<br /> Identify automation opportunities using RPA, macros, workflow tools, and ERP<br />features.<br /> Work closely with IT, vendors, and internal teams to develop and deploy<br />automation solutions.<br /> Develop and maintain Excel-based automation, dashboards, and reporting tools.<br /> Support ERP enhancements, system integrations, and finance digital<br />transformation initiatives.<br /> Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls and audit<br />requirements.Data & Reporting<br /> Improve accuracy, timeliness, and reliability management reporting.<br /> Create performance metrics (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and<br />automation impact.<br /> Provide analytical insights to support decision-making.Stakeholder Management<br /> Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and business teams to ensure<br />alignment.<br /> Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement and<br />innovation.Qualifications & Experience:<br /> MBA(Finance) Finance, Accounting, or related field.<br /> 4–6 years of experience in finance operations, process improvement, or finance<br />transformation roles.<h3>experience</h3>6
