Roles and Responsibilities
Conducting of market research and feasibility studies of real estate development / investment opportunities in India.
Acquisition of new projects including selection and negotiation with potential partners
Drafting of Joint Venture (JV) agreements and other related contracts with JV partners
Construction progress management and project management of acquired properties (income, expenditure, cash flow plan etc.) for existing development projects
Reviewing and recommending appropriate vendors for Head Office's objectives
Formulation of annual business plans based on head office’s instructions
Report on market and new potential projects to head office
Monitor and report on any existing India projects to the head office
Frequently travel within India to meet with potential clients/partners or to visit the project sites and conduct market studies
Requirements:
At least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably real estate, accounting, finance, or business
Experience in Building and analyzing financial models, Evaluating investment opportunities, Planning and executing fundraising strategies and Conducting market research and data analysis at investment banks or real estate funds
Relevant Business Development experience within investment bank or real estate funds industry
Highly proficient in mathematical processing using Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels and across cultures.
Able to handle multiple projects and work flows simultaneously.
Resourceful and independent, proficient in organizing resources and planning priorities.
Adopts a systematic and methodical thought process in his/her work approach.
A good team player who is results oriented and goal driven.

Asset Condition Monitoring– HV/LV & Cable Systems<br />Job Summary<br />We are seeking an experienced Asset Condition Monitoring Specialist to support the health assessment, performance tracking, and lifecycle planning of critical electrical assets, with a focus on HV/LV systems and cable infrastructure. This role plays a key part in enabling condition-based maintenance strategies, improving asset reliability, and minimizing downtime across operations.<br />You will work closely with maintenance, engineering, and digital teams to implement asset health monitoring programs, analyze diagnostic data, and provide actionable insights to guide investment and maintenance decisions. Key Responsibilities<br />• Monitor the health and condition of electrical assets including HV/LV cables, transformers, switchgear, and associated components.<br />• Analyze asset performance data (load, temperature, insulation resistance, partial discharge, etc.) to assess degradation trends and failure risk.<br />• Design and implement asset condition monitoring programs using diagnostic tools and sensors.<br />• Support condition-based maintenance (CBM) and predictive maintenance strategies, reducing reliance on time-based schedules.<br />• Maintain asset health indices and support the development of risk-based asset replacement plans.<br />• Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to validate inspection findings and align maintenance interventions.<br />• Maintain asset health records in CMMS/EAM systems and ensure accurate documentation of condition reports, inspections, and test results.<br />• Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and recommend long-term mitigation measures.<br />• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and support continuous improvement in asset integrity processes. Required Skills & Qualifications<br />• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.<br />• Experience in asset condition monitoring, electrical maintenance, or asset health analysis.<br />• Strong knowledge of HV and LV systems, including underground cables, transformers, and switchgear.<br />• Familiarity with asset health indices, criticality assessments, and failure mode analysis.<br />• Experience using CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., Maximo, Ellipse) to track asset data and work history.<br />• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, test results, and performance trends to guide maintenance decisions.<br />• Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills<br />• Exposure to digital asset health platforms, IoT sensors, or condition monitoring software.<br />• Understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and Asset management frameworks.<br />• Knowledge of GIS systems for spatial asset tracking.<br />• Industry certifications (IAM, CMRP, or equivalent) are an advantage.<br /> <h3>experience</h3>6
