- Document Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documents,
both physical and digital.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.
- Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional
experience.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and
conferences.
- Support Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as
preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Reimbursements: Process and manage employee reimbursement requests,
ensuring compliance with company policies.
- PR/PO Management: Create, track, and manage purchase requisitions (PR) and
purchase orders (PO), liaising with vendors and suppliers as needed. (SAP)
