- Drive recruitment, selection, and onboarding ofemployees.
- Formulate HR policies, employee welfare initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Manage payroll, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC,gratuity), and labor laws.
- Conduct performance management, appraisals,and training programs.
- Resolve employee grievances and ensure apositive work culture.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
- MBA/PGDM in HR with 5–10 years’ experience in logistics/manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutorycompliance.
- Leadership and team management skills.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solvingabilities.
