<p>Job Description: </p><p>·8–10 years HR experience in manufacturing / small to medium size plant (preferred if managed office and distributed workforce)</p><p>·Open to be based at Tarapur location with flexibility to travel to Mumbai twice a month. Open to relocation candidate also.  </p><p>·High potential, likely a 2nd inline candidate in medium to large plant who aspire to be plant HR Lead.</p><p>·Must have handled shopfloor workforce (not just corporate HR)</p><p>·Strong Labour Law & Compliance Depth</p><ul><li>Hands-on ownership of PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Factory Act, MLWF</li><li>Experience managing audits, inspections, and statutory filings independently</li></ul><p>·Industrial Relations</p><ul><li>Direct experience handling unions / worker committees</li><li>Managed grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries</li><li>Exposure to labour disputes / conciliation / legal cases</li></ul><p>·Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, English (spoken + written)</p><p>·Comfortable with execution-heavy role, has personally managed payroll inputs, attendance, contractor labour</p><p>·Worked in matrix / MNC environment, team player, stable profile  </p><p> </p><p>Nice to Have -</p><ul><li>Exposure to HRMS like SuccessFactors / SAP</li><li>Led employee engagement / CSR initiatives</li><li>Experience supporting insurance programs (GMC, GPA, GTL) and R&R rollouts</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><h3>experience</h3>10
