* Handle talent acquisition by driving workforce planning, recruitment, employer branding,
and onboarding.
* Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational
goals.
* Drive performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and
talent management initiatives.
* Manage employee relations, HR policies, statutory compliance, and disciplinary matters.
* Handle administration functions including facilities, travel, transport, security,
housekeeping, and office infrastructure.
* Manage vendor relationships, administration budgets, contracts, and cost optimization
initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and workplace safety requirements.
* Monitor HR and administration metrics and drive continuous improvement in service
delivery.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & Administration team to support business growth. Skills & Competencies
* Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Administration.
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and administrative operations.
* Strong planning, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse business locations. Qualification & Experience
* MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
* 12-15 years of experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure HR and
Administration.
* Experience in EPC, infrastructure, power, renewable energy, or similar industries will be
preferred.
* Proven ability to manage HR and administrative functions across multiple locations while
partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth.
