Category Strategy, P&L & Planning
Define and execute the category’s growth roadmap with a sharp focus on sales, margins, and bottom-line delivery.
Own the category P&L, driving top-line growth while improving gross margins and controlling costs.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to build a future-ready assortment and maximize profitability.
Identify gaps and expand offerings in cleaning agents, tools, storage, and utility solutions based on customer demand.
