Key skills- Compliances, Yearly Returns, PF Grivances & Liasioning, admin and time office activites.
Compliance & Yearly Returns:
- Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns related to PF, ESI, and other relevant labor laws.
- Managing compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Preparing and submitting necessary documentation for yearly returns (e.g., PF annual returns, income tax returns).
- Maintaining records of all compliance-related activities and documentation.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
- Staying updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensuring the company's policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
PF Grievance & Liaisoning:
- Addressing employee grievances related to PF and other statutory benefits.
- Liaising with relevant authorities (e.g., EPFO) on PF-related matters.
- Facilitating communication between employees and relevant authorities on PF issues.
- Maintaining records of all PF-related grievances and their resolutions.
Admin & Time Office Activities:
- Managing employee timekeeping records, including attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- Administering the company's time and attendance system (preferably Kronos).
- Processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintaining employee records and data related to timekeeping, payroll, and benefits.
- Generating reports related to time and attendance, payroll, and employee data.
- Providing support to employees on timekeeping and payroll-related queries.
General Requirements:
