Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Source School Loan business through open market channels.
Identify and acquire schools requiring funding for infrastructure expansion and other institutional requirements.
Generate leads through direct sourcing, local references, and market networking.
Conduct preliminary assessment of customer profiles and funding requirements.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Ensure achievement of monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
Maintain portfolio quality and support collection efforts whenever required.
Track competitor activities and identify business opportunities within the assigned geography. Candidate Profile:
Experience in School Loans, Education Finance, SME Loans, Prime LAP, Mortgage Loans, or other secured lending products.
