Customer Service Engineer – Job Description Co-Ordination with Customer for Warranty Handling within set Turnaround Time/
Response time.
 Technical knowledge of tyre functioning and other manufacturing and field related
conditions
 Co-ordination with Business and Service team for synergy building
 Reporting to Regional manager on daily warranty handling and MIS. Coordinating with Field engineering team for mileage surveys, new condition
developments and other warranty related conditions
 Development & Field concern root cause analysis and resolution Keeping track of Competitive latest policy, Product, and technology development for
benchmarking.
 Conducting Fleet tests and Follow-ups with customers for new development projects. Develop strong business relationship with Replacement channel and OEM Workshops by
providing excellent and timely Customer Service Support
 Conducting Mileage Survey.
 Campaign Support, Tyre safety and maintenance awareness, Customer Connect
programs etc.
 Handling team of 3P technical experts and assisting them on real time basis for instant
warranty support to customers and OE customers
