<p>Dear Candidate</p><p>We have opportunity with us for the role of Site Supervisor.</p><p>Roll – Off Roll/ Contractual</p><p>Location – Gujarat </p><p> Role Overview </p><p>The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities related to installation, welding, testing, and commissioning of piping systems in line with company’s standards. The role demands strong technical understanding, effective people management, and hands-on supervision to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution. </p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Supervise installation, welding (butt fusion/electrofusion), and erection of HDPE/PPH/PVDF piping. </li><li>Monitor contractors and technicians to ensure work is executed as per drawings and quality standards. </li><li>Coordinate site logistics, manpower allocation, and daily work planning. </li><li>Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, safety protocols, and ISO norms. </li><li>Conduct visual inspections of welds, fittings, and installations before client/QA approvals. </li><li>Support QA/QC engineers in conducting tests and maintaining weld logs. </li><li>Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site records, and manpower logs.                  </li><li>Report site issues, bottlenecks, and resource requirements to Project Engineers/Managers.      </li><li>Support in preparing documentation for client handovers. </li><li>Act as the point of contact for site teams, contractors, and Engineers. </li><li>Ensure site activities are aligned with project schedules and planning requirements.</li><li>Facilitate communication between execution teams and HO/project management.</li><li>Highlight practical challenges and suggest cost-saving and efficiency improvement measures.</li><li>Mentor workers and technicians on safe and quality practices. </li></ul><p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) </p><ul><li>Timely completion of assigned site activities vs project schedule. </li><li>Compliance with QA/QC and safety standards (minimum NCRs/accidents). </li><li>Accuracy and timeliness of Daily Progress Reports (DPRs). </li><li>Effective supervision of manpower and contractors. </li><li>Reduction in rework, material wastage, and idle time. </li><li>Positive client/site feedback on supervision effectiveness. </li></ul><p>Education & Qualifications </p><ul><li>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). </li><li>2–5 years of site supervision experience in EPC/piping/ETP/industrial projects. </li><li>Hands-on knowledge of thermoplastic piping systems (HDPE/PPH/PVDF) preferred. </li><li>Basic knowledge of QA/QC procedures, welding, and site safety standards. </li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel/Word for reporting. </li></ul><p>Reporting Hierarchy </p><ul><li>Reports To: Project Engineer / Project Manager. </li><li>Works With: QA/QC Engineers, Design Engineers, Site Contractors.</li></ul><p> </p><p>If you would be interested for this opportunity please share updated resume.</p><h3>experience</h3>6
