Key Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team to ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial point of contact to hiring.
Optimize the candidate journey and application process for high conversion rates.
Use market data and analytics to inform attraction strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and report on key Talent Attraction KPIs (e.g., source of hire, brand sentiment, website traffic).
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline or talent community for current and future hiring needs.
Implement and manage employee referral programs.
Organize and attend recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruiting initiatives
