We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse with a B.Sc qualification to join our healthcare team in Pune, Maharashtra. This is a full-time position for a proactive individual committed to providing high-quality patient care within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care measures.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices in nursing.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing or GNM
- Valid nursing license or registration in Maharashtra, India.
- Up to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Proficiency in core nursing skills and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
