RoleRole & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining the store's visual appeal, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll actively market the store within the local community, organize sales-boosting events, and build a strong customer base. You'll also manage product presentation, ensure timely order fulfillment, and contribute to initiatives that increase store foot traffic.
Main tasks include
- Maintain store visual merchandising according to established standards.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Ensure accurate product measurement and timely delivery.
- Organize events and activities to drive foot traffic.
- Market the store effectively within the local area.
- At least six months of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishings or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
