Job Title: Door-to-Door Field Executive
Location: Kochi
Field-based (Assigned zones/wards)
Job Summary:
The Door-to-Door Field Executive is responsible for visiting households and commercial establishments to support Suez project activities such as waste collection awareness, water service coordination, customer engagement, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned areas on a daily basis
- Create awareness about:
- Waste segregation (dry/wet waste)
- Water usage & conservation
- Suez services and guidelines
- Ensure household participation in project activities
- Distribute pamphlets, notices, and communication materials
- Collect customer feedback and complaints
Update daily reports on:
- Visits completed
- Issues identified
- Customer responses
- Coordinate with supervisors and municipal teams
- Support data collection and survey activities
- Ensure compliance with project standards and timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Any degree is a plus)
- Good communication skills (Local language must)
- Willingness to work in field (door-to-door)
- Basic understanding of mobile apps/data entry
- Physically active and responsible
Working Conditions:
- 6 days working
- Field-based role (outdoor work)
Salary & Benefits:
- 18000 to 22000 (Take home)
- Travel allowance (if applicable)
- Training will be provided
