Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support end-to-end hiring across Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing functions. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence in recruitment, seamless stakeholder coordination, and a superior candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Non-IT hiring, recruitment operations, and process governance within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Non-IT Recruitment Execution (Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for roles across plant operations, engineering, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
- Source and screen candidates through internal systems and external channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and timelines.
- Ensure quality shortlisting aligned with business expectations.
2. Interview & Stakeholder Coordination
- Drive interview scheduling and coordination using platforms such as Workday and Paradox.
- Act as the primary point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Ensure smooth interview experience with minimal turnaround time and high responsiveness.
3. Offer Management & TA Operations
- Support compensation fitment by consolidating candidate details and internal benchmarks.
- Prepare and roll out offers, ensuring clarity on compensation structure and policies.
- Maintain accurate data across TA systems and trackers, ensuring process compliance and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with shared services (GSC) for offer approvals and documentation workflows.
4. Compliance, Background Verification & Governance
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, documentation standards, and approval processes.
- Coordinate and monitor background verification checks (employment, education, criminal records).
- Review reports and flag discrepancies for closure before onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and dashboards.
5. Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Drive end-to-end onboarding coordination for new hires.
- Ensure completion of pre-joining documentation, medical checks, and system readiness.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience.
- Conduct pre-joining connect and welcome calls to enhance candidate engagement.
- Share onboarding kits including offer letters, policies, and joining-day documentation.
6. Vendor & Recruitment Operations Management
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for sourcing and hiring support.
- Manage vendor documentation, invoices, and payment processing aligned with internal systems.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide operational insights to improve hiring efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate in HR or related discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in Non-IT hiring, preferably across Manufacturing, Sales, or Commercial roles.
- Strong experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and TA operations.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Workday and interview scheduling tools.
