Position - AM/DM- HR
Location - Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and
onboarding.
* Recruit for Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS, EPC, Grid Infrastructure and Renewable Energy
Park projects.
* Handle hiring for technical, project execution, engineering, land acquisition, contracts,
commercial and corporate roles.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of renewable energy professionals through
direct sourcing, referrals and industry networks.
* Coordinate with hiring managers and project teams to ensure timely recruitment and
deployment.
* Manage candidate engagement, salary negotiations, offer follow-ups and joining
formalities.
* Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring timelines, offer acceptance and joining ratios.
Qualification & Experience
* MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
* 6-12 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
* Exclusive renewable energy recruitment experience is mandatory.
