Key Responsibilities:
- Scouting and Sourcing:
- Visiting hospitals, colleges, and clinics to identify potential candidates.
- Creating and maintaining a detailed database of doctors (specialty, experience, location,availability).
- Using platforms like Practo, Curofy, LinkedIn, and medical associations for outreach.
2. Engagement & Outreach:
- Cold calling or connecting via WhatsApp/Email to share job opportunities.
- Explaining roles, benefits, location details, and collecting CVs.
- Pre-screening candidates for interest and fit.
3. Profiling & Coordination:
- Preparing candidate profiles with necessary credentials.
- Scheduling interviews and follow-ups with the internal team.
- Maintaining regular communication with interested candidates.
4.Field Work:
- Traveling to medical colleges, conferences, hospitals for doctor interaction.
- Building long-term relationships with specialists and general physicians.
