Tech in Mechanical/ Industrial/ equivalent • Minimum 05 experience in Project Management and min 5yrs of experience in mechanical works of Power plant Packages • Certifications like PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean Construction Certification would be an added advantage.

Purpose / Role Summary<br />Support the Manager – Operations Excellence (AI & GenAI) in driving the operational<br />excellence, automation, and digital transformation agenda across Accounts Payable,<br />Payroll, and Credit/CSA towers.<br />This role performs detailed process analysis, supports Lean and CI projects, executes<br />data analytics, builds automation/AI prototypes, drives adoption of new tools, and<br />strengthens control and process maturity across all functions.<br />Act as the analytical backbone for Ops Excellence, ensuring insights, RCA,<br />standardization, and digital enablement are consistently delivered.<br />Core Responsibilities<br />People Leadership & Support Operations<br /> Support tower managers (AP, Payroll, Credit/CSA) with structured analysis,<br />dashboards, SOP updates, issue logs, and RCA documentation.<br /> Maintain weekly/monthly governance packs (KPI dashboards, trends, backlog<br />reports, exception summaries).<br /> Assist the Manager Opex in coordinating routines, meetings, action-trackers, and<br />follow-ups across cross-functional teams.<br />Process Excellence & Standardization<br /> Conduct process studies (cycle time, exception mapping, waste identification)<br />across all finance towers.<br /> Support creation and maintenance of standardized SOPs, control checklists, and<br />process playbooks.<br /> Perform RCA using Lean tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto) and document<br />systemic improvement opportunities.<br /> Track SLA performance, productivity metrics, rework trends, and tower-level<br />quality indicators.<br />AI, Automation & GenAI Support<br /> Assist in identifying AI/GenAI and automation opportunities across AP, Payroll,<br />and Credit/CSA operations.
