Are you an energetic professional with a passion for the beverage industry? Ab In Bev is looking for a goal-oriented Field Merchandiser to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be the face of our brand in retail outlets across the city, playing a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing product visibility in the dynamic world of beer, spirits, and wines.
Responsibilities- Retail Outlets Visits: Proactively visit 8 to 10 retail outlets daily across your designated routes and beats in Bangalore.
- Merchandising & Display: Ensure our products are prominently showcased in store windows, shelves, and chillers to maximize consumer appeal.
- POSM Execution: Install and maintain high-impact Point of Sale Materials (POSM), including banners, shelf-talkers, and display stands.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, implement rigorous stock rotation (FIFO), and identify out-of-stock situations to prevent lost sales.
- Retailer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with store managers, owners, and retail staff.
- Market Intelligence: Act as our eyes on the ground by tracking competitor promotions, pricing shifts, and new product launches across the city.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely daily visit logs, route updates, and shelf photographs via our reporting application.
- Prior experience in field sales or merchandising within the Alcobev, FMCG, or Retail sectors.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license to navigate and cover Bengaluru routes effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Bangalore city routes and key retail locations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results with excellent communication skills.
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month.
- Fuel Reimbursement: ₹150 per day for your daily travel across your assigned beats.
- Schedule: Full-time, field-based role.
