Business Development Executive - Automotive Aftermarket

Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team as a "feet-on-the-street" representative. In this role, you will be the driving force behind increasing our PCMO (Passenger Car Motor Oil) market penetration, building strong connections with local workshops, and ensuring our products reach the mechanics who need them most.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint within the independent workshop sector. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from onboarding new outlets to driving repeat consumption and ensuring timely payment collections. If you enjoy being out in the field and building lasting professional relationships, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, open, and service new Independent Workshop (IWS) outlets to expand our market reach.
  • Generate monthly PCMO billing and coordinate closely with distributors to ensure seamless fulfillment.
  • Drive repeat business by fostering strong, ongoing engagement with mechanics and workshop owners.
  • Manage the end-to-end payment collection process, ensuring all collections are completed within defined cycle norms.
  • Execute demand generation initiatives, including lively in-shop promotions and informative Nukkad Meets.
  • Maintain and manage a minimum of 100 active counters each quarter.
  • Deliver consistent results against key performance indicators, including a target of 4 KL/month billing from new IWS outlets and achieving a 40% repeat order rate.
Qualifications:
  • 1-4 years of frontline sales experience, preferably within Auto Lubes, FMCG, or the Automotive Aftermarket sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to connect with mechanics and workshop owners.
  • Willingness and comfort with extensive field travel and a commitment to maintaining beat discipline.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of managing sales targets and payment cycles.
