and as per company quality standards. The role focuses on vendor performance, cost control,
compliance, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard new installation vendors.
● Maintain a strong network of carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, and other
project vendors.
● Allocate projects to vendors based on capacity, location, and performance.
● Build long-term relationships with vendors and resolve operational issues.
Performance Monitoring
● Track vendor productivity, quality, and project completion timelines.
● Monitor customer feedback and vendor performance ratings.
● Conduct regular vendor review meetings and implement improvement plans.
● Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards..
Quality & Safety
● Ensure vendors follow safety practices and maintain site cleanliness.
● Minimize rework and warranty issues.
Financial Management
● Verify vendor bills and work completion reports.
● Track vendor payments as per company policy.
● Monitor installation costs and improve cost efficiency.
● Ensure all documentation is complete before processing payments.
Compliance
● Maintain vendor agreements and documentation.
● Ensure statutory compliance and company policy adherence.
● Keep the vendor database updated.
Reporting
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering:
○ Active vendor strength
○ Project allocation
○ Installation progress
○ Vendor productivity
○ Quality issues and rework
○ Pending payments
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● On-time project completion
● Vendor productivity
● Installation quality score
● Reduction in rework and warranty complaints
● Vendor availability and utilization
● Installation cost per project
● Vendor payment turnaround time
● Safety compliance
● Vendor retention and development
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction
Management, or a related field.
● 5-8 years of experience in vendor management, interior fit-outs, modular furniture, or
construction.
● Experience in managing installation teams and contractors is preferred.
Required Skills
● Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management
● Project planning and coordination
● Knowledge of modular furniture and interior installations
● Leadership and team management
