    2. Fund Accounting Governance & Technical Oversight

    ensuring 100% precision in performance allocations, management fees, and incentive fee
    calculations.
    • Complex Instrument Stewardship: Direct the accounting treatment for sophisticated
    instruments, including OTC derivatives, bank-debts, structured products, and private
    investments, ensuring compliance with US GAAP or as per fund documents.
    • Audit Ownership: Lead annual audit cycles by managing relationships with external auditors
    (Big 4) and ensuring "zero-deficiency" financial reporting.
    3. Operational Excellence & Risk Management
    • Control Environment: Establish and maintain a rigorous control framework (SOC1/ISAE
    3402) to mitigate operational and regulatory risk.
    • Transformation & Integration: Drive "Digital First" initiatives, leveraging SS&C Geneva, PFS
    Paxus, or Mantra to eliminate manual touchpoints via automation and workflow
    optimization.
    • Change Management: Lead strategic initiatives for new fund launches, platform migrations,
    and global process standardization without impacting BAU stability. 4. People Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Talent Development: Lead and mentor a multi-layered team of professionals, overseeing
    succession planning and technical upskilling.
    • Internal Liaison: Act as the senior bridge between Operations, Risk, Investor Relations, and
    Portfolio Management teams to ensure operational readiness for new investment strategies.
    • High-Performance Culture: Champion diversity and a high-performance mindset that
    mirrors the urgency and sophistication of the US financial markets.
