- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to TS team and customers with the help of suppliers.
- Conducted failure mode analysis and provided technical recommendations to support effective troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Managed and analysed locomotive fault and failure data to identify subsystem issues, failure trends, and reliability improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Parts, and Service teams for corrective actions.
- Monitor warranty costs.
- Prepare warranty reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on field performance data.
- Prepared technical reports, performance reviews, and reliability assessments to support management decision-making.
