</p><p>Experience</p><p>• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product role, typically with 3+ years working in product led delivery environments. <br />• Hands on experience operating within Agile delivery models, such as Scrum or Kanban, contributing to predictable, iterative delivery of product increments.<br />• Proven experience owning and managing a product backlog, prioritising work based on business value, customer outcomes, and technical considerations.<br />• Experience collaborating within cross functional delivery teams, including engineering, design, QA, delivery, and business stakeholders.<br />• Experience translating product strategy and requirements into clear user stories, including defining acceptance criteria and supporting delivery teams through implementation. <br />• Practical experience using product delivery and backlog management tools, such as Jira or equivalent platforms. <br />• Experience working in digital, SaaS, or technology enabled product environments, delivering customer facing or internal products. <br />• Experience measuring and evaluating product outcomes, using KPIs and insights to inform prioritisation and refinement. <br />• Exposure to customer discovery and feedback practices, including user interviews, usability testing, and iterative validation. <br />• Experience practical experience in product delivery. <br />• Agile or product related certifications are desirable, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner, or similar. <br />•
