Zonal Sales MIS
We are hiring a Data & MIS Specialist to manage zonal reporting, market share tracking (including IWSR), and forecasting support. You will automate data workflows, ensure high data integrity, and create insights for leadership reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Market Share & BTM Tracking: Manage Zone Market Share (IWSR) and BTM reporting with high accuracy.
Forecasting Support: Assist during RF (Rolling Forecast) cycles with segment/state industry and bridge analyses.
Executive Presentations: Prepare data-driven decks for Napoleon reviews, Zonal inductions, and leadership meetings.
Data Automation: Build templates and macros to automate recurring reports and reduce preparation time.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with regional MIS to correct data discrepancies and assist zonal teams with analytical queries.
Requirements & Skills
Technical: Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, SQL, and Power BI / Tableau (Python is a plus).
Analytics: Strong background in data storytelling, bridge analysis, and MIS reporting.
Experience: 3-6 years in Commercial Analytics or MIS (FMCG / Alcobev preferred)
