- Liasioning with HR every month to maintain the dashboard for new joiners and exit of people.
- Tracking and issuance of SIM and data cards to the Staff.
- Providing SIM cards to new joiners based on the request raised by them on Service Now.
- Providing data cards to new joiners on sharing line manager's email approval.
- Coordination and Vendor management for mobility and PRI lines.
- Validate the invoices received from service provider. Ensuring Compliance and keeping control on correct charges are charged to DS business.
- Working with Finance for payments and reimbursement.
- Tagging respective cost center details every month and sharing with AP/Finance depending on the charge type to process the payments on timely basis and book the cost against associated cost center shared .
- Ensuring proper transfer of amount from employee in case they leave the organization within 3 years of taking the reimbursement of 10k towards handset purchase.
- Request for proposal/quote and arrange PO to vendor for necessary iPhone order.
- Arranging to handover iPhone or courier the same depending on user location PAN India.
- Issues with mobility connection/PRI line/handset are been worked out with respective vendor/service provider.
- Working with CP during contract renewal and helping to negotiate tariff for voice & data card before seeking approval from SOM
