Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP, AR).
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Ensure timely book closure and accuracy of financial data.
· Handle journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Inventory & Costing
· Monitor inventory accounting across warehouses/plants.
· Ensure accurate stock valuation and reconciliation.
· Work on product costing, variance analysis, and margin tracking.
· Coordinate with operations for stock audits and controls.
Compliance & Taxation
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
· Manage filings, returns, and liaise with auditors and consultants.
· Support internal and external audits.
Payables & Receivables
· Oversee vendor payments and reconciliation
· Monitor receivables, collections, and aging reports.
· Ensure proper documentation and controls
Process Improvement & Controls
· Strengthen accounting processes and internal controls
· Identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency
· Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
Stakeholder Coordination
· Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and plant teams
· Support management with financial insights and reports
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com); CA Inter / CMA
· 4+ years of relevant experience
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
· Experience with inventory accounting and costing is essential
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
· Advanced Excel skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Days of work: Monday to Friday(WFO), Saturday half day WFH
