- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the stock broking sector to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps, supporting proposals with relevant business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to stock broking products, regularly reporting to executive stakeholders.
- Serve as a leading advocate for the stock broking product suite internally and externally, communicating vision and updates.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful launches and adoption of new stock broking products and features.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Mandatory: Direct work experience in stock broking, including a deep understanding of trading platforms, regulatory requirements, and client needs in the brokerage industry.
