Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement product vision and strategy, specifically tailored for stock broking products and platforms. - Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch and ongoing improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance within the securities and financial markets. - Lead and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering domain-specific knowledge and excellence. - Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales to deliver stock broking solutions aligned with business goals. - Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the stock broking sector to identify opportunities and risks. - Build, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps, supporting proposals with relevant business cases and cost-benefit analyses. - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to stock broking products, regularly reporting to executive stakeholders. - Serve as a leading advocate for the stock broking product suite internally and externally, communicating vision and updates. - Drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful launches and adoption of new stock broking products and features.
