Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Manage media relations and oversee distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Organize and oversee promotional events, press conferences, and product launches.
Ensure crisis communication plans are in place and executed effectively during brand crises. Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Utilize business analytics to drive data-driven decision making and optimize marketing efforts.
Provide detailed reporting on marketing campaign performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Certified Digital Marketer, Business Administration, or a related field.
9+ years of experience in brand management or digital marketing.
Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
