  • Preparing periodic sales plan and implementing it to achieve pre-defined sales target.
  • Evaluating and assessing the performance of team members.
  • Achievement of team’s sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
  • Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of the organization.
  • Ensure extension of benefits to influencers as per the defined loyalty program structure.
 Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Candidates having prior experience in sales of Paints, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing Products and Building Materials.
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 3 people.
  • Experience in handling HNI contractors, architects, and major builder group and government officials.
  • Bring in more innovative ideas to achieve sales targets & creating awareness through Sales Promotional Activities.
  • Customer focused and willing to go extra mile.
  • Willingness to travel within the region is a must.
 Desired Skills & Competencies:
  • Good communication skills
