Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Finance & Cost Control
* Oversee finance operations for all third-party manufacturing plants
* Validate production costs, conversion costs, and yield efficiencies
* Monitor BOM vs actual consumption and identify variances
* Drive cost optimization initiatives across plants
* Ensure plant-wise profitability visibility and margin controls
Billing & Commercial Controls
* Review and validate manufacturing bills submitted by third-party units
* Manage rate negotiations, conversion cost discussions, and commercial terms
* Ensure receipt reconciliation, adjustments, and calibration of rates
* Manage debit notes, credit notes, and commercial settlements
* Strengthen billing governance and accuracy controls
Production Finance Governance
* Own the finance controls within production processes
* Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and audit readiness
* Standardize plant-level reporting formats and review mechanisms
* Implement robust internal controls and SOPs across plants
* Improve transparency and accountability in plant finance processes
