Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cycle count activities and allocate work to warehouse associates
- Verify physical stock against system records and report variances
- Ensure proper usage of handheld scanners and ERP/WMS systems during counting
- Maintain detailed records of cycle counts, variances, and corrective actions
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on cycle count progress, variances, and accuracy levels
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3-6 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations
- Experience in WMS/ERP systems, barcode scanning, and preferred inventory management
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management
- Team handling and manpower planning
- ERP/WMS operation and handheld scanner usage
- MS Excel and reporting proficiency
