Qualifications & Skills: ● 13+ years of experience in digital/integrated agencies with strong business and operational leadership exposure. At least 2 years of owning and scaling Revenue and P&L targets. ● Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and building long-term client partnerships. ● Experience leading teams and operating successfully with cross-functional business units to create alignment around client objectives. ● Strong business and operational mindset with the ability to scale systems, processes, and teams. ● Excellent executive presence, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills
