We are looking for a visionary Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations to lead the establishment of a new Center of Excellence. In this pivotal leadership role, you will align marketing and sales operations, technology, and data into a connected growth ecosystem. You will lead a high-performing team tasked with embedding AI, automation, and performance intelligence into the very fabric of our global growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish a Center of Excellence: Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class team of operations professionals to support global marketing, sales, and revenue teams.

- Align GTM Operations: Connect marketing and sales through shared processes and systems to ensure a frictionless funnel from initial awareness to customer expansion.

Optimize Technology Stack: Oversee CRM, automation, and enablement platforms-including Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, and Clay-ensuring they are integrated and fully adopted.

- Implement AI & Automation: Partner with GTM Engineering to design intelligent workflows that eliminate manual tasks and increase "selling time" for representatives.

- Operationalize Growth Strategy: Translate high-level priorities into scalable, data-driven systems for lead management, account scoring, and lifecycle optimization.

- Deliver Unified Insights: Build advanced dashboards and forecasting models to provide leadership with a single, trusted view of incremental pipeline and revenue performance.

- Champion Local Talent: Partner with local leadership to establish the organization as a premier employer of choice for operations talent in India.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 15+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.

- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling international or offshore operations teams.

- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong, alongside modern AI/automation tools like Clay, Relevance AI, or Make.

- Analytical Rigor: Strong command of data architecture, forecasting, incrementality analysis, and pipeline management.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to design GTM processes as modular, scalable components (Productized Thinking).

- Communication: Exceptional cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
