·Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
·Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
·Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
·Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the Director.
·Assist in the preparation of business documents, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
·Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
·Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
