Key Responsibilities
Project Finance Management
 Lead financial activities across the entire project lifecycle (mainly for closing).
 Support contract & claim management, including variation orders and tax
compliance.
 Participate in negotiations to secure project success and mitigate risks.
 Ensure compliance with governance, reporting rules, and IFRS standards.
Reporting & Analysis
 Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
 Analyze variances against budget and forecast; recommend improvements.
 Deliver timely and accurate project reviews and monthly performance reports.
 Provide insights on P&L and Balance Sheet ownership.
Reconciliation & Compliance
 Reconcile customer balances and contracts with stakeholder ledgers (DMRC and
others).
 Validate tax (GST, Customs) recovery and billing traceability.
 Ensure adherence to Alstom policies and local statutory requirements.
 Maintain internal control compliance and audit readiness.
