Senior Project Manager  Responsibilities<br />• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.<br />• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and<br />objectives.<br />• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.<br />• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for team members and stakeholders, and ensure accountability<br />throughout the project.<br />• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and issues.<br />• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project<br />milestones and deadlines.<br />• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and<br />issues.<br />• Generate opportunities for cross-sell/upsell.<br />• Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and stakeholder presentations.<br />• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and<br />productivity.<br />• Keep a close eye on the billing v/s deployed components and highlight diversions, if any.<br />• Keep in touch with the customer’s business owners and decision makers to understand their technology needs<br />and upsell / cross-sell where possible.<br />• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.<br />• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and innovation.<br />• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency<br />and effectiveness.<br />• Mentor and coach junior project management staff, providing guidance and support to facilitate their<br />professional growth and development.<br />• Prepare and present project reports, including status reports, budget updates, and post-project evaluations, to<br />senior management and stakeholders.<br />Desired Skills• Master’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or related field.<br />• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desirable.<br />• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully<br />managing complex projects.<br />• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project<br />objectives.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex<br />information to diverse audiences.<br />• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple<br />projects simultaneously.<br />• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Waterfall, etc.<br />• Proven ability to identify project risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.<br />• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities<br />and requirements.<br />• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.<br />• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.<br />• Experience managing projects in diverse industries or sectors is a plus.<br />• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of project<br />management.<br />• Must be well versed with excel and capable to maintain customer accounts from commercial perspective.<br />• Should be good at documentation and record keeping.Qualifications1.
