 Finalize and implement Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly operations and
production plans.

 Lead PPC team in production scheduling, material planning, and workflow
control.
 Ensure smooth material flow and coordination with procurement for timely

9. Project Management (PMO) & On-Time Delivery (OTD)
 Ensure project completion within timelines (CDD) and budget.
 Conduct project kick-offs, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.

 Develop procurement strategies to ensure timely material availability.

(Production, PPC, Design, PMO, Quality, etc.).
 Experience in capacity expansion, automation, plant modernization, and
large-scale project execution.
 Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement practices for
operational efficiency.
 Strong expertise in ERP systems, MIS, analytics-driven decision-making,
and cost optimization.
