Ensure alignment of operational goals across all departments (Production, PPC,
Design, Quality, PMO, Maintenance, Safety).
2. Production Planning & Execution Excellence
Finalize and implement Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly operations and
production plans.
Monitor production performance across timelines (daily to annual) and ensure
target achievement.
Optimize resource utilization to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost
control.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Delivery Management
Lead coordination across departments to ensure seamless execution of
projects.
Identify production gaps and implement mitigation plans in collaboration with
PMO/Marketing.
Ensure responsiveness to design changes, cost impacts, and customer
requirements.
4. Resource Optimization & Capacity Building
Plan and execute capacity expansion (machinery, automation, infrastructure).
Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements across functions.
Build and develop a competent workforce with required technical capabilities.
5. Quality Assurance & Process Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards, inspection requirements, and customerspecifications.
Collaborate with QA/QC teams and third-party inspectors to maintain product
quality.
Continuously improve manufacturing processes and plant layouts.
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, cost reduction,
and efficiency.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across
operations.
7. Design & Engineering Management
Ensure timely delivery of design outputs for proposals and execution.
Oversee technical approvals, customer queries, and change management
processes.
Ensure accurate material take-offs and support claim management for design
changes.
8. Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Lead PPC team in production scheduling, material planning, and workflow
control.
Ensure smooth material flow and coordination with procurement for timely
availability.
9. Project Management (PMO) & On-Time Delivery (OTD)
Ensure project completion within timelines (CDD) and budget.
Conduct project kick-offs, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
Maintain proactive communication with customers on project progress.
10. Procurement & Supply Chain Management
Develop procurement strategies to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply chain risks.
11. Maintenance & Asset Management
Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all plant
machinery.
Improve machine availability and reduce downtime.
Plan CAPEX investments with ROI justification.
12. EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
Implement and monitor safety systems and regulatory compliance.
Drive a strong safety culture with a goal of zero incidents.
Ensure safe working conditions across plant operations.
13. Analytics, MIS & Governance
Ensure timely generation of MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Analyze operational data to drive improvements and strategic decisions.
