- Oversee multi-plant production performance, budgets, and resource distribution.

- Standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs) across different regional units.
Rubber Extrusion Technical Leadership
- Manage complex elastomeric materials (EPDM, NBR, FKM) and compound processing behavior.
- Optimize hot-feed and cold-feed extrusion lines, die design, and continuous vulcanization/curing systems.
- Troubleshoot profile distortion, swelling, surface defects, and line speed synchronization.
Quality Compliance
- Direct the Production Part Approval Process compliance for new product launches and engineering changes.
- Review critical quality documents including FMEA, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
