<p>Job Title : Operation Manager<br />Reports To: CBO / Director<br />Location: Andheri (Mumbai)</p><p>Position Summary</p><p>The Operations Head is responsible for driving overall efficiency, productivity, and profitability across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management, and PPC. This role ensures seamless operations, cost optimization, quality adherence, and strategic growth by aligning business goals with manufacturing.</p><p>1. Production & Manufacturing Operations:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement production strategies to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost targets.</li><li>Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, materials).</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.</li><li>Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.</li></ul><p>2. Maintenance:</p><ul><li>Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.</li><li>Optimize plant Machinery and equipment availability.</li><li>Implementation predictive maintenance and automation.</li><li>Manage budgets for spare parts, repairs, and overall asset management.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>3. Engineering & Technical Excellence:</p><ul><li>Lead process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure efficient use of plant layouts, utilities, and automation solutions.</li></ul><p> </p><p>4. Project Management:</p><ul><li>Responsible for project planning, scheduling, estimation, tender evaluation, and cost forecasting for large-scale construction, EPC, mechanical erection, heavy industrial equipment, and civil/structural projects.</li></ul><p><br />5. Production Planning & Control (PPC):</p><ul><li>Develop and monitor production plans, schedules, and inventory management.</li><li>Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and sales teams for demand planning.</li><li>Ensure on-time delivery and minimal production bottlenecks.</li><li>Optimize inventory levels and material flow for cost-effective production.</li></ul><p>6. <ul><li>Responsible for plant operations having around 250 employees</li><li>Responsible for all aspects of plant performance, safety, productivity, quality delivery and cost</li><li>Safety, Security and facilities support for entire facility </li><li>Oversee customer scheduling, material planning, production planning, order execution and entire supply chain to ensure deliveries of right quality material in line with customer demand</li><li>Inventory accuracy and management </li><li>Lead and drive operational efficiency improvements in the plant in the areas of productivity, quality, cost through lean principles</li><li>Responsible for budgeting manufacturing expenses and meet budget and in case of issues take necessary corrective measures</li></ul><h3>experience</h3>25

<ul><li>Ensure effective assessment of the implementation and efficiency of various Lean Manufacturing Methodologies in various manufacturing sites (with flow and customized products).</li><li>Conduct regular assessments covering Production, Supply Chain, Industry 4.0, Quality, EHS.</li><li>Provide coaching and guidance to support the deployment of standards, always maintaining a positive and constructive approach.</li><li>Identify and share best practices, fostering knowledge exchange across the Group.</li><li>Actively listen, detect opportunities, and contribute to improving Group standards.</li></ul><h3>experience</h3>20
