Accounting & Financial Reporting:
Maintain and update books of accounts as per statutory requirements.
Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.
Manage inter-branch/head office reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.
Taxation:
Ensure accurate and timely filing of:
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
TDS returns and payments (24Q, 26Q)
Coordinate with consultants/auditors for income tax assessments and GST audits.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws.
Handle statutory and internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
Maintain necessary documentation for tax audits, GST input credit, and reconciliations.
Coordination & Support:
Liaise with internal departments and branches for data collection and clarifications.
Support CFO and senior management in financial planning and decision-making inputs.
Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities.
